• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange access, dates and the practical details of carrying out the work.
• To keep a record of quotes and jobs for accounting and guarantee purposes.

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of a contract where you go on to book work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. Details may be handled by service providers used to run the business, for example the website host, email provider and accountancy records, and by our insurer where a claim arises.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records relating to completed work are kept for the length of the workmanship guarantee and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
